The Office: Character replacement and entries:

The Office did a really good job of making sure that the TV show didn't get bland and got repetitive and a way that they did that was introducing characters and having characters leave the show. It was something that I found genius and just wanted to have a conversation on why these small character roles did make a difference in the TV show.
