The Turn of the Screw

Hey, gang! Bayley here.

Did anybody else make it out to see the university production of "The Turn of the Screw" this weekend? It was truly a wonderful show. I, for one, was thoroughly impressed.

While only two actors participated in the show, it featured a total of five characters. One of the actors was tasked with portraying four different personas. He did an outstanding job. His mannerisms and tone of voice changed with each character. I was blown away by how he truly immersed himself in the show.

The production was very high quality and more than entertaining. The two had great chemistry and worked well together. They did a mesmerizing job of setting the scene with their performances and captivating their audience. It was apparent how much effort they put into the show. I couldn't help but give them a standing ovation. (And I couldn't even begin to wrap my head around how many lines they had to memorize. Sheesh.)

Does anybody else enjoy theatre? Thoughts, feelings, opinions, etc? Clearly, I'm a fan.

Feel free to comment below! See you all in class.
