American - Watermelon Lemonade

Hey foodies I think it is time for y'all to get a recipes for beverages that will taste absolutely delicious and its refreshing. The sweetness of the watermelon and the sourness of the lemonade go perfectly together.   Steps: You need to gather all of your ingredients before you start it is more efficient this way
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 3 cups of cold water
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 6 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups of sparkling juice
 Steps:
1.) Place the watermelon into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
2.) Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 3 cups of cold water and the lemon juice. Divide the ice into 12 glasses, and scoop 2 to 3 tablespoons of watermelon puree over the ice, then top with the lemonade, and add your sparkling juice. Gently stir before serving.

 Following  this recipe to the absolute T and you will have the best watermelon lemonade of your life. Remember get the ingredients first then place you watermelon in the blender, strain through a mesh, and boil your sugar and water, stir cold water and lemon juice, combine, and add your sparkling juice!

  5. I don't think I've had watermelon lemonade before. I've only had strawberry or lemon lemonade.
